All of my pieces are handmade with love, so please allow 3–4 weeks for production unless otherwise noted. I ship out all orders in bulk every Friday, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way just give it 24–48 hours to update. Depending on the size and destination, I use either UPS or USPS, and for oversized custom orders, we’ll coordinate freight shipping or local delivery if you’re in the Los Angeles area. Most packages arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping, but please note that holidays, weather, or carrier delays can affect timing. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can make it right. And just a heads-up, be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout, as I can’t be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect info.
